We’re always building new relationships, and this time, it’s with this multi-family development partner, Quarterra Group. RAD was asked to evaluate existing exiting, utilities, MEP stub-ins and infrastructure for their two existing retail shell spaces located in the first floor of a multi-story, multi-family building in The Ellis, also known as Market 42, located at 512 North College Street in Charlotte, NC.

Totaling +/- 18,300 SF, the spaces were in shell condition and hadn’t yet been occupied. RAD provided Construction Documents showing added exit/ service corridors and adjustment of utilities as required to accommodate the proposed future tenant spaces.
