Viva Tacos & Tequila

Raise your hand if you agree that tacos and tequila go together like PB&J!  A Mexican restaurant, Viva Tacos & Tequila, is the new hit in Daniel Island of Charleston, SC.  The 4,300 SF restaurant opened in August 2020 on the first floor of a four-story mixed-use building.  It’s sure to attract an energetic crowd with its exterior covered dining area, complete with roll-up doors showcasing an inviting bar and mezzanine seating area.  The RAD team and its consulting MEP Engineers prepared construction and permitting documents on behalf of the owner.
