Masterplanning Shipping Container Units used for Affordable Housing

RAD has been collaborating with a Developer to create fast-track, affordable housing communities for both rural and urban locations throughout the United States. The housing concepts utilize Shipping Containers that will be modified and combined into various floor plan configurations to create homes between 900 SF and 1300 SF. Each home will be highly insulated, energy efficient, and have options for renewable power sources.
