98 Room Hotel
RAD worked with the client to design a four story, 98 room hotel complete with wood-framed walls and floors and CMU at the stairwells and elevator. RAD followed the prototype for the outdoor pool and in-house design direction was included to create the conference center in the indoor pool location. The outdoor pool was design/build by others with RAD providing the necessary prototype criteria and documentation.
The project consists of a 4-story hotel with a customized exterior to meet zoning requirements. RAD maintained the branded exterior materials while incorporating the zoning guidelines to gain approval from both IHG and the local AHJ. The hotel has 94 guest rooms, breakfast bar, business center, fitness center, outdoor pool, and exterior courtyard.
