This well-known nonprofit risked losing market share by continuing to build new stores that lacked a strong retail identity. RAD designed a brand image for new stores that clearly defines Goodwill as the value retailer of choice in its market. The new look and feel have increased visibility in the community and have helped grow retail sales. As a non-traditional retail store the program also included donation receiving areas and employee training awareness stations.
