RAD worked with Brixmor Property Group to sub-divide and back fill a vacant 2-story, 168,000 SF department store as well as the adjacent 47,000 SF big-box that’s located at the highly trafficked intersection of I-65 and Airport Blvd. Our scope of work included shell improvements, landlord common areas, and full up-fits for all 4 new tenants. The mall features a diverse mix of national tenants including Marshalls, Ulta Beauty, Bed Bath & Beyond, Cost Plus World Market, Conn’s HomePlus and Burlington Stores.
