With no existing drawings, RAD first performed a site visit to field measure the space and document utilities. The client’s scope of work included demolition of both the floor plan and reflected ceiling views. During schematic design, RAD also helped identify the remaining scope of work in order to make the public restrooms ADA compliant to meet the existing building code.
