Miracle Park – Phase II
Rock Hill, SC
Earlier this year, RAD was released to design Phase II at Miracle Park in Rock Hill, SC, a park designed for people with ALL abilities to play and work. The scope of work included two separate buildings – the first is a 3,000 SF Education Center that includes outdoor seating and grounds storage. The second will be a 8,000 SF cold-dark shell retail building with 3-4 tenant spaces and adjoining outdoor patio space.
There is much excitement around the possibilities with this building! When this building is complete, we will no longer have to cancel programs due to inclement weather. We’ve learned to be creative and use the spaces we have, but it will be so nice to have a large, open space dedicated to programs, including the covered outdoor space as well!
