RAD was contracted to provide upfit construction documents for this 1,236 SF tenant space, located in a HWY 160 shell retail building. RAD was the Architect of Record on the shell and Kung Fu Tea Corporate provided site-specific store layout and design documents for RAD’s use and reference.
