RAD is proud to have been selected as the Corporate Architect for Ivybrook Academy in 2020.  The project scope was to develop the prototype construction documents for a 6,200 SF building.  RAD provides feasibility studies for site selection as well as the following list of services:

• Create ‘Test Fit’ floor plans for existing buildings
• Provide clarifications and recommendations for Franchisees Lease Agreement ‘Landlord Scope of Work’
• Review preliminary site plans for ‘ground up’ prototypes
• Provide construction documents and construction administration services
• Coordinate with all engineering trades
• Submit for required building permits
• Work closely with Franchisee and the General Contractor to ensure a cost-effective project delivery
• Create 3D-colored renderings of the exterior of the building
