Wrapping up construction at the end of 2020, this 4-story, 63,208 SF, and 107-room Home2 Suites by Hilton was completed and is located near Belmont Abbey College. Under contract and design during 2018, and by December 2019, the CMU structural walls were raised and installation of hollow core precast concrete planks for the 2nd floor was completed on schedule. Because this hotel is located within the Belmont Abbey district, it required a non-prototypical design that still managed to incorporate the Hilton Brand icon elements, including an indoor pool.
