RAD was contracted to develop a one-story shell retail building of approximately 11,000 SF.  The proposed tenant mix was Assembly, Business and Mercantile occupancies with approximately eight proposed tenants.  Our scope of work was to deliver a Cold-Dark Shell including the exterior shell as well as utility stub-ins.
