Kiddie Academy 

The project scope was a ground up, 12,500 SF, multi-tenant building that included a 10,000 SF Kiddie Academy shell and upfit based on the Fort Mill Kiddie Academy design.  The remaining 2,500 SF was constructed as cold-dark shell space for a future Business Occupancy use.
