Risk: Tenants in the market sought traditional inline retail and risked a protracted battle with the Town of Huntersville–an active and growing community.
Response: RAD ran a series of meetings with tenants, the Town and the neighborhood to design and write a new, mixed-use neighborhood development ordinance.
